One time Cleaning request

Greetings! Jennifer here, owner and operator of BHC. I usually do the one-time cleans, along with one of my great teammates. I absolutely love the magic we work on homes and I have special equipment to tackle the challenges of one time or First time cleans. We don't just clean, we restore. It won't be cheap but it will be impressive! Expect a one time clean to cost between $300 and $1,000. A regular, biweekly clean can be around 2 to 4 hours per 1000 square feet, whereas a one time deep clean can be 8 to 10 hours per 1000 square feet, if windows are included. We change $42 per hour of cleaning (per cleaner). We can clean window and their frames, light fixtures (including chandeliers), carpets, china cabinets and their contents, as well as removing water scale from showers, taps, and sinks, and any other ins and outs of move-out, move-in, realtor staging, photos, and showing. Our fully trained team of house cleaning professionals will lovingly and skillfully restore and polish every inch of your home. Please indicate your cleaning goals and prefed budget. A team of 2 or more can be arranged for houses larger then 1000 square feet. I know it can be daunting to figure out your homes square footage, but if you Google your address there may be a realtor page still visible from the last time it was listed for sale. We will repay to your summited form and you can attach photos of the worst spots you want delt with, and photos to give us an idea of the house. Until we are actually cleaning we won't really know how long it will take because some dirt cleans easy, while other puts up more of a fight! Anything where there is risk of breakage will take longer as we Do Not Rush. We care for your place as if it is our own, but better.
